Products and Prices
Prices are in USD. Each product page describes its material, approximate dimensions, capacity and included pieces. Product images illustrate the listed design; screen settings can affect color appearance. Your cart and checkout show the applicable item prices and totals.
Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance
When submitting a payment, you authorize payment of the displayed total using the selected payment method. A payment attempt alone does not confirm that an order has been accepted. If your order is accepted, an order confirmation will identify the purchase. Contact us if you need help with an order or payment status.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated as handling plus transit; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Review the Return & Refund Policy for conditions, cost responsibilities and the approval process. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
